Tejalben Patel began as an assistant trainer at one of Gujarat's most recognised institutes, rising to lead trainer and then public relations officer. In 2015 she founded her own institute, Heer Foreign Education, offering IELTS coaching, interview preparation and spoken English — including a course and a book she wrote for her students.

As the market shifted, she researched PTE in depth and launched PTE with Tejal — an online program serving students around the world, with flexible timings for every time zone.

After moving to Australia, she completed a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law at Victoria University and passed the capstone exam on her first attempt. VVS offers the same thing her students always received: honest, genuine guidance — now with the law behind it.
