State and territory nomination

State and territory agencies can see completed EOIs and may nominate you. Each state and territory has its own criteria for who it nominates — and they change through the year. Choosing where to apply is a key part of your strategy.

Family members aged 18 or over with less than functional English may need to pay a second instalment charge. For this visa that charge is AUD 4,885.

Points-testedYou'll need at least 65 points. Your invitation states the score you must have when your application is assessed — it may be higher than 65. Estimate your points.
